Luminate Home Loans Announces Stephanie Treusein as VP of Recruiting & Strategic Growth

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. (JULY 2022) — Luminate Home Loans is excited to announce that one of the top three recruiters in the mortgage industry—Stephanie Treusein—will be joining the Luminate Team as the new VP of Recruiting and Strategic Growth. Bringing over 20 years of industry experience with her, Treusein will be based out of the Denver, Colorado branch of Luminate and recruiting at a national level.

Treusein first started her career in the mortgage industry in 1998 as a Loan Originator. As a result, her extensive background includes loan origination, wholesale lending representation, warehouse management, community-based underwriting, branch management, and talent acquisition. She is considered one of the most respected and accomplished leaders in the mortgage industry and has recruited just shy of $2 billion in production over the last 10 years.
